Originally from Russell, Manitoba, Charmaine Bacon is a classically trained flutist and pianist based in Winnipeg.
Charmaine performs regularly as a flutist in her own solo and chamber concerts, featuring her woodwind quintet “Canadian Bacon” and directing the Wind Chamber Flute Orchestra. She is an extra musician with the Royal Canadian Air Force and Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra.
Charmaine teaches privately in her Charleswood studio and welcomes students of all ages and tailors lessons to suit individual goals.
As a pianist, Charmaine is at home playing for choirs and instrumentalists and, above all else, she enjoys making quality music with others.
